Privacy notice

When you submit the quote or contact form we process your name, company name, email address, phone number where given, and the content of your message.

On the technical side, your IP address, browser and device information and a record of the pages you visit are kept in server logs for security and error tracking.

To reply to your request, prepare a quote and conduct pre-contractual discussions.

To secure the systems we operate and to detect and fix errors.

To send product and service announcements where you have given explicit consent.

Form data is processed on the basis that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Commercial electronic messages rely solely on your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Your data is shared with our hosting and email providers only to the extent those services require.

Where data leaves Türkiye, the conditions of KVKK Article 9 are observed. Sharing with our group companies Pariette Inc. (USA) and Penyu OÜ (Estonia) happens only where the specific engagement requires it.

Form records are kept for three years from the closure of the request; where a contract is concluded, statutory limitation periods apply.

Raw server logs are kept for 90 days, after which they are archived or deleted.

You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, rectification or erasure, to object to processing and to claim compensation for damages.
