DevOps and servers
Hosting, the deployment pipeline, backups and on-call. Everything that reaches production goes through here.
Security and compliance
The permission model, tracking of security findings, and retention decisions under KVKK and GDPR.
Delivery and support
Scope, schedule, release notes and the support queue. This is the client's single point of contact.
